The starting point is an established PHP application with property records and familiar workflows. Modernisation builds on an inventory and a phased transition.
A new technical foundation
The new application uses Symfony, Twig and a dedicated administration interface based on EasyAdmin. It is initially tested in a separate development environment.
Multilingual property management
Properties and their language versions are managed together. Seasonal prices can be maintained across languages to keep shared information consistent.
Listings and enquiries
Property listings, media and structured enquiries with stay and guest details support personal advice.
Operation and maintenance
Versioned updates, separate development and production environments, and contextual administration help accompany implementation.
Project status
Modernisation is in development and testing. The documented development version does not imply that the complete production migration has taken place.
